OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. You can enter without purchasing by filling out the entry form at [Singed Merch Give Away Link].

2. ELIGIBILITY. This giveaway is open to legal residents of United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of Zombie Nation USA, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. ENTRY PERIOD. The giveaway starts on 10/25 and ends on 11/31 at 11:59 PM [PST. Any entries received after this time will not be valid.

4. HOW TO ENTER.

  • Automatic Entry: Purchase any item from Zombie Nation USA between 10/25 and 11/31, and you will automatically be entered into the giveaway.
  • No Purchase Necessary Entry: To enter without a purchase, fill out the form available at [link to your website's entry form] by 11:59 PM on 11/31.

5. PRIZE. One (1) winner will receive signed merchandise from The Korean Zombie. No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be allowed.

6. WINNER SELECTION. The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received by the deadline. The drawing will occur on 12/01 and the winner will be notified via email. The winner will also be announced on @KoreanZombie Stories on Instagram.

7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE. The winner must respond to the notification email within [48 hours/72 hours] to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, an alternate winner will be chosen.

8. PUBLICITY. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Zombie Nation USA to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Zombie Nation USA is not responsible for any technical difficulties, lost, delayed, or misdirected entries, or other issues that may interfere with the entry process. By participating, entrants release Zombie Nation USA, its affiliates, and Instagram from any liability related to the giveaway.
